Luis Garg is a builder and develops affordable housing and advises people on their finances, his stated mission is to provide profitable, affordable, and secure real estate investments for anyone who wants it. Born in Mexico City, Mexico in April of 1945 to Basque parents, Garg would go on to receive his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, his Master’s in Business Administration, and his PhD in Urban Design. He would go on to become a professor of construction administration and management systems and later raised a child alone, as a single parent. His child would go on to Harvard Medical School and become a surgeon. Garg himself is no slouch, either—in addition to his considerable financial and intellectual accomplishments, he was an Olympic swimmer during his teen years, winning Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in the Pan-American games and other competitions. Obviously Luis Garg does not have a fear of hard work or of commitment.

Luis Garg is also the founder and the President of RealFund Investment Trust, a company that specializes in the construction of real estate homes and allows investors to participate in various projects for massive gains. Garg is personally responsible for overseeing the success of a series of Real Estate Development Entities with low-cost housing projects in Latin America and the United States, appealing specifically to Hispanics. Specifically, Garg is responsible for the commitment to generate passive, recurrent, residual income and profits for the shareholders, clients, and investors. With these weighty responsibilities, Garg has been able to show his expertise at developing and building affordable housing for Hispanics. This is an under appreciated market with ever-increasing possibilities for larger profits.
